Stuart and I have now returned from our long holiday bear hunting in Canada so we wanted to send you a note to say a HUGE THANKYOU for everything you did for us at our wedding reception. You made everything perfect! The food was amazing (we have had so many people say it was the best wedding food they had ever had!). Your organisational skills were outstanding, your service unbeatable and last but not least, your bar skills would give Tom Cruise something to live up to. Words can not express how grateful we are and if ever you need any food tasters for any new dishes I know 80 people that would be more than happy to help out!
